Recommended use
Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times per day. For best results, space dosage out evenly throughout the day. Do not use this product for more than 6 weeks. Take at least an 8 week break between cycles of this product.

My research on the bro-boards indicates most users seeing pretty good results at 90mg a day, with a few going up to 120mg a day, and a few staying down at 60.

Henry V, over at ProhormoneForum, says:

Essentially this is a prohormone to the most popular designer steroid of all time: dianabol. Conversion rates around 15% are usually discussed, though it's likely to be "broscience".

Like d-bol, it's 17a-methylated (meaning some degree of liver toxicity is to be expected), and can aromatise to a potent methylated estrogen, which makes gyno a possibility. Water retention is also likely to be an issue, with some of the weight and strength gained on cycle typically lost on cessation.

Cycles are typically 90 - 120mg a day for four to six weeks.

I'm not sure why CEL decided to use the nomenclature Methyl-1, 4-Androstenediol, since the more common ones used are
17a-methyl-1,4-androstadiene-3b,17b-diol or 17a-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3b,17b-diol, but in any case....

Seems like a nice, single-compound pro-hormone with documented results. The recommended use seems to be right in line with what real users are taking, and seeing good results with.

Methyl-1,4-androstenediol (M1,4ADD)

Methyl-1,4-androstenediol seems to be another nomenclature for 17a-methyl-1,4-androstadiene-3,17diol. both of which are identified as M1,4ADD.
