Supplement Facts
Serving Size: 1 cap
Servings per Container: 90

Active ingredients:
2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol: 10mg
2a,17a-dimethyl-5a-androstane-3-one-17b-ol: 10mg

Recommended use:
1 capsule twice daily with meals. Do not take for more than 6 weeks continuously without at least a 4 week break. For oral use only.

Epistane and Superdrol, both good compounds with good reputations for effectiveness, although Superdrol can have a lot of harsh sides for some folks.

Both of these are methylated, which means added liver stress. Epistanes rep is not nearly as bad as Superdrol's though when it comes to liver toxicity. Nevertheless, I’d be reluctant to stack these two methys together.

At the recommended 2 pills a day you're sitting at 20mg Superdrol (which bro consensus says is a pretty good dose for most users) and 20mg Epistane (which is below the 30mg most users run).

So while the Super looks good, the Epistane doesn't. As mentioned abive, 30mg works well for most users, although advanced users might jump to 45mg for the last week or two of a 5 week cycle. I've even heard of some advanced users finishing out at 60mg a day for the last week.

Now the main area this supp falls short for me is in their irresponsible recommendation for use.

Almost everyone out there (the ones doing it right anyway) hardly ever run Superdrol longer than 4 weeks. Folks are even seeing good results with 3-weeks runs. Just my uninformed and cautious opinion, but 6 weeks is too long to run 20mg of Superdrol a day.

And even more irresponsible is the 4 weeks in between, Four weeks? Really? My rule of thumb = 2x as long off as on.

Summary: good stuff, poor dosage formulation, irresponsible guidelines for use.

2a,17a-dimethyl-5a-androst-3-one-17b-ol (Superdrol)

Alternate nomenclature: 2a-17a di-methyl etiocholan 3-one, 17b-ol
Trade name: Superdrol

Superdrol is a powerful anabolic designer steroid brought to market in 2005, however due pressure by the FDA, the original Superdrol was pulled and is no longer available. Like many other compounds, it has been made available again through the production of clones such as M-Drol (Competetive Edge Labs) and Methadrol (iForce Nutrition).

These clones are the most popular and common superdrol clones. They're both the same active compound (2a, 17a Dimethyl Etiocholan 3-One, 17b-Ol). Since the original Superdrol is not available, going with a clone is the only option, however quality clones will produce identical results to the original Superdrol.

Superdrol is perhaps the most powerful compound available on the legal market, as well as one of the most toxic. Superdrol is only for advanced users that previous experience with prohormone cycles and several years of proper lifting and dieting.

There are several products based on the Supderdrol compound that have slight variations that may result in better/lesser gains and or a reduced/increased risk of side effects.

2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol (Havoc/Epistane)

Also written as: 2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-17b-hydroxy-5a-adrostan

Trade names include Havoc/Epistane
Common Dosages: 30mg to 40mg daily
Common Cycle Length: 4-5 Weeks
Methylated: Yes
Half-Life: Average (6-8 hours)

A designer steroid and legal alternative to anabolic and androgenic steroids.

Epistane is a methylated version of the controlled substance Epitiostanol (2±,3±-Epithio-5±-androstan-17²-ol), created in the 1960's and used as a treatment for breast cancer. Chemists added a methyl group to the compound to create the product known as Epistane. Epistane is a sulfur containing steroid which is known to have strong and long lasting anti-estrogenic activity as well as weak androgenic and mytropic activities.

Since it is anti-estrogenic, you can expect very dry gains from this compound. Epistane has low androgenic to anabolic activity, meaning it is much more anabolic then androgenic. Even though users will see dry gains on Epistane it does not mean that it would be any insufficient for a bulking cycle.

Side effects are typically minimal to non existent.

I'm not sure they make this anymore. I can't find any stores except for the one that have it. Seems as though eBay is your best bet.

I got an email saying that Epic Labs had updated the Goliath formula, but I couldn't find any info on it. Email said:

"updated Goliath formula 25mg halodrol and 10mg epistane"

If that the case, seems a bit silly, since halo and epi are pretty similar in effect. Epi is stronger, but every individual responds differently. Plenty of logs out there on guys who ran a 4 week solo halo and gain a good 7 pounds and kept it with an over-the-counter PCT.

Consensus seems to be the OTC PCT not always enough for a 4 week epi run....
