Epistane is another one of those compounds that has a good reputation. Most users see dry, hard gains with some increase in strength. It's not on the banned list and is still very common and easy to get.

As it's been mentioned elsewhere, Epistane is not a prohormone - it's a steroid developed in Japan that hasn't been banned yet in the US. So don't be confused: if you're taking this, you're taking an oral steroid.

Epistane is relatively mild and is a good option for first time prohormone/designer steroid users. As little as 20mg a day has been seen to produce excellent results, with the upper limit being around 40mg a day. Most people respond very well to it, especially for a first cycle.

Cycle wise, the recommendation is for 4-6 weeks, with 5 weeks being pretty common.

As far as PCT, some users recover fine with an over-the-counter protocol, while others need the strength of a Nolvadex or Chlomid. My recommendation is to go find your 'research chemicals' and take the real-deal PCT support supplements.

Because it's a milder compound, you often hear of it being stacked with other compounds, like Halodrol or Katanadrol, or even a stronger compound like a Tren.

Despite all the talk of 'mild' don't be fooled. With on-point diet and training, gains of 10 - 15 pounds in 5 weeks have been realized.

Not that this bottle comes with 120 capsules - enough to run 40 days (almost 6 weeks!) at 30mg a day. That would be a sweet cycle....

Oh, before I forget; I see some recommendations that Epistane be taken as part of PCT. Epistane does have some anti-estrogenic properties. It binds to the 17b-estradiol receptor protein in the target tissues which can block the 17b-estradiol receptor, thus blocking estrogen uptake. This is why you often seen it stacked with 'wet' bulking compounds so it can minimize estrogen related sides.

While the shut down most users get from Epistane is minimal when compared to some other prohormones and steriods, it's still there. Taking a stronger prohormone or steroid, then bridging into Epistane for it's anti-estrogenic properties, and then into PCT might be a good path, but if you go straight Epi for PCT, you're not doing yourself any good as far as restoring hormonal balance.

Trade names include Havoc/Epistane
Common Dosages: 30mg to 40mg daily
Common Cycle Length: 4-5 Weeks

Half-Life: Average (6-8 hours)

A designer steroid and legal alternative to anabolic and androgenic steroids.

Epistane is a methylated version of the controlled substance Epitiostanol (2,3-Epithio-5-androstan-17-ol), created in the 1960's and used as a treatment for breast cancer. Chemists added a methyl group to the compound to create the product known as Epistane. Epistane is a sulfur containing steroid which is known to have strong and long lasting anti-estrogenic activity as well as weak androgenic and mytropic activities.

Since it is anti-estrogenic, you can expect very dry gains from this compound. Epistane has low androgenic to anabolic activity, meaning it is much more anabolic then androgenic. Even though users will see dry gains on Epistane it does not mean that it would be any insufficient for a bulking cycle.

Side effects are typically minimal to non existent.

Gelatin

Gelatin is a tasteless substance created from collagen found in animal skin and bones. It is used to thicken liquid in processed foods as well as having applications in photography, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Gelatin is found in many forms of candy, marshmallows, Jell-O, and some types of yogurt. Gelatin can be bought in many grocery stores for use in home cooking. In the vast majority of cases, gelatin is not harmful to the consumer.

Microcrystalline

Microcrystalline cellulose is a term for refined wood pulp and is used as a texturizer, a anti-caking agent, a fat substitute, an emulsifier, an extender, and a bulking agent in foods. Microcrystalline Cellulose is derived from high quality wood pulp. While cellulose is the most abundant organic material, Microcrystalline Cellulose can only be derived from a special grade of alpha cellulose.
