Prohormone & Supplement Ingredients:

Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA)

There are three branched-chain amino acids : leucine, isoleucine and valine.

These BCAAs are three of the nine essential amino acids needed by humans. These three account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. There's a common belief that that BCAAs are better for increasing lean muscle mass than consuming proteins.

Numerous studies have been completed, and although the results were mixed, in most cases BCAA supplements showed favorable results both in animals and humans for:

Increased protein synthesis
Increased endurance
Faster recovery
Better fat loss
Immune system boost
Improved appetite
